Great value for money, spacious and clean room, convenient location near the beach, and friendly staff were really good.

Breakfast delights could be improved.

The villa is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the sea and a quiet cove. the swimming pool is a great addition and the well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals. the owners are incredibly kind and hospitable, always there to help and even treated us to homemade Cypriot delicacies. the villa is spacious and there are plenty of areas to relax and unwind.

Some of the towels and bed linens were a bit old and could use replacing.

Villa was well-equipped, with a surprise welcome pack. Private pool was a perfect size and well maintained. Ample sun beds and chairs. Would highly recommend, wished we could have stayed longer.

The owner is super helpful, provides a welcome pack, own pool, and the beach is within walking distance.

We had a wonderful New Year's stay at this villa. the property was spacious and clean, with good, sized rooms and bathrooms. the hosts were excellent, providing clear instructions for key pick, up and even leaving a welcome food pack in the fridge with wine, water, juice, and snacks. the pool was well, maintained and we enjoyed taking refreshing dips. the villa's proximity to the beaches and the town center was a major plus, allowing us to easily explore the area.

The only downside we experienced was that the mattresses were a little uncomfortable. this did not significantly impact our overall enjoyment of the villa and our New Year's getaway.

The villa itself was beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - from a fully equipped kitchen to a private pool. The gardens were well-maintained and provided a peaceful atmosphere. We particularly loved the surprise welcome pack that was waiting for us upon arrival, as it came in handy after our delayed flight. The location, although a bit remote, was perfect for us as we attended a wedding nearby. We did have to rely on taxis or buses to get into town, but it wasn't a major inconvenience. we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Diamond Villas and would definitely return in the future.

We had an amazing stay at the villas. Great value for money, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the kitchen facilities were perfect. The location was convenient with a car, and the staff, especially Nondas and his father, were helpful and attentive.

The only suggestion I have is to enhance the food for breakfast.

the diamond villas in paphos exceeded our expectations. the spacious and clean villa provided a comfortable stay, with a nice pool and garden area. we were also impressed by the friendly and helpful staff who took care of us throughout our stay. the location was convenient for exploring the area and we enjoyed the nearby 5* hotel complex. highly recommend for a peaceful and enjoyable trip.
